Dune: Part Two
9 / 10 · AUTHOR RATING
A thunderous, sand-swept spectacle that earns its enormous screen. Villeneuve lets scale do the talking, then undercuts the triumph with a colder question about power. The sound is physical, the images are severe, and the final act lingers.

Last Night in Soho
Edgar Wright turns a dream of London into a beautiful nightmare. The needle drops and mirrored choreography are irresistible. Its final stretch explains a little too much, but the haunted glamour of the first hour stays with you.
